One sentence from any of the dozens of books You inspire me to read, O Lord, allows the fire of Your Holy Spirit to leap up and enflame my heart and illumine my mind. May my every breath include an expression of my gratitude for the gift of Your Holy Spirit. May that same Holy Spirit, given to me at Baptism and Chrismation, release the fullness of His baptismal gifts unto the deification of my person and the sanctification and salvation of the many souls. Use me, O Lord, as an instrument of Your plan for the theosis of all mankind. Configure me ever more perfectly to the crucified form of the Word made flesh, unto Your greater honor and glory, through the power of Your Holy Spirit.

Everything leads to You, everything comes from You. With Elizabeth of the Trinity, may I become a Laudem Gloria: an everlasting gift of praise; a person of perpetual gratitude, infinite trust, total surrender, exquisite joy and eternal thanksgiving. Make my life a living eucharist: a perpetual sacrificial act of thanksgiving, ever more incorporated into the Eucharist You have given Your Church.
